# Token Sales

![](/files/mWrS8TfQ3W31iAfW2ubB)

The Hakuswap Token Sale is a DEX offering that helps new projects issue their tokens, gain liquidity, and raise funds.&#x20;

All token sales are raised using USDC using either the standard or overflow method

## How to participate in the HakuSwap Token Sale <a href="#e90d" id="e90d"></a>

**What to do to get prepared for the sale:**

All you must do is purchase [$USDC.e](https://info.hakuswap.com/token/0xa7d7079b0fead91f3e65f86e8915cb59c1a4c664) tokens from [HakuSwap](https://exchange.hakuswap.com/#/swap?outputCurrency=0xa7d7079b0fead91f3e65f86e8915cb59c1a4c664) or have some Avalanche [$USDC.e](https://exchange.hakuswap.com/#/swap?outputCurrency=0xa7d7079b0fead91f3e65f86e8915cb59c1a4c664) in your wallet prior to the Token Sale.&#x20;

**What to do during the sale:**

1. Go to <https://hakuswap.com/iho> and get ready for the sale.
2. While the sale is live, commit your $USDC.e tokens to buy the $HAKU tokens. You are purchasing the tokens with your $USDC.e tokens. This is not the same as “staking”.
3. The sale will last for about 24 hours or until all the $HAKU tokens have been purchased

**What to do after the sale:**

When the sale is complete, claim the $HAKU tokens you’ve bought. HAKU will be listed at HakuSwap with a $0.40 listing price. Initial liquidity will be 625,000 HAKU paired with $250,000 of $AVAX for a starting liquidity of $500,000.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.hakuswap.com/product-and-features-guide/token-sales.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
